Criminal State are a 4-piece anarcho-punk band from my city, previously known as Xenophobia. So far they have released one EP in 2008, and one full-length album which I'm reviewing here right now. Their music may be somewhat unoriginal and repetitive, but there aren't that many good punk'82 bands in Russia (let alone in my city)...
